on a mini-tour organized by the british council, mukul plays on the 23rd at room 18 (opposite novell hall) in an after-party for akram khan's dance company (they're touring their piece MA here in taiwan); on the 24th, there'll be music for british council education's reception; on the 25th, chill out and kick back at bar wet thing (107-2 hsinyi rd).  

Russell Maliphant has been commissioned by the Ballet de l'Op�ra national de Lyon to create a new piece for the UNDER DISCUSSION programme to inaugurate the Biennale. In his second collaboration with Russell, Mukul made the music for the work (entitled twelvetwentyone).

Plus President Mandela's inaugural speech performed by Thesele, a street music theatre ensemble from Johannesburg.

MOVIE STARS, a short by Manu Luksch featuring trained star fish, is included in the Out Video programme. This festival public screenings will happen on outdoor video screens network of "IgRek Cinema" company, 10 city screens located in the most busy spots.
